Celebrating In Essence

If you missed your chance to see Gladys Knight at the Capital Jazz Fest, don’t you worry!  She will be making her way to New Orleans this weekend for the 2010 Essence Music Festival, July 2-4, 2010.

The Essence Music Festival is held each year in New Orleans and is the largest event honoring African American music and culture.  2010 marks its 15th Anniversary and will feature performances from an all star line up including Janet Jackson, Keri Hilson, LL Cool J, DJ Soul Sister, Alicia Keys, Earth Wind & Fire, Mary J Blige, Charlie Wilson, Jill Scott, Monica, Trey Songz, and many more!
